    The International Hackathon on Active Ageing and Digital Skills in Riga

    The international hackathon in Riga, organised within the Erasmus+ project “Active Ageing in the Digital Age”, brought together digital professionals, designers, game designers and Lithuanian students to transform the insights collected across the partner countries into accessible solutions for people over 65. The experience led to three proposals — Bruco, Digital Garden and CareMotion — all focused on making technology simpler, more inclusive and closer to the real needs of older adults. The winning idea, CareMotion, is now entering an advanced prototyping and feasibility study phase.
